Enforcement and Dispute Resolution: Any party found to be infringing, or in the process of infringing, the owner’s intellectual property rights may face serious legal consequences, including but not limited to litigation in U.S. federal court, Canada Federal courts and as well as in other jurisdictions. The owner reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings without further notice but encourages infringing parties to initiate good-faith discussions to resolve the matter prior to the commencement of formal litigation.

Furthermore, the omission of any specific patent, jurisdiction, or legal provision from this notice shall not be construed as a waiver of any intellectual property rights. This notice and the associated list of patents may be updated periodically without prior notice.
